Simcox Earns 2024 American Society for Biochemistry & Molecular Biology Award

Shaw Young Investigator Award in Lipid Research from the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (ASBMB). The award recognizes outstanding research contributions in the area of lipids.

Simcox studies plasma lipids that regulate metabolic disease and explores how these lipids function using lipidomics, genetics, and cellular and molecular biology techniques.
