The registration fee includes access to all general sessions, poster sessions, and:

Thursday, June 22 - opening welcome reception
Friday, June 23 - breakfast, AM break, lunch, and poster session reception
Saturday, June 24 - breakfast, AM break, lunch, PM break and dinner
Sunday, June 25 – breakfast

Extra ticket purchase options will include the Thursday, June 22 opening reception and/or the Saturday, June 24 reception and dinner.

FEES AND DEADLINES

Early Non-Student Registration - $225.00 by April 30, 2017
Regular Non-Student Registration - $275.00 by May 14, 2017
Student Registration - $200 by May 14, 2017

Cancellation

A full registration refund, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be made for cancellations received on or before Wednesday, June 8, 2017. To cancel, please contact CALS Conference Services at 608-263-1672 or email conference@cals.wisc.edu and reference the 38th Steenbock Symposium.

LODGING

Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Madison

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Doubletree, within walking distance from the Symposium (less than 1 mile.) Please mention the 38^th Steenbock Symposium when making your reservation.

Chadbourne Residence Hall

A block of residence hall rooms on UW-Madison campus is available to conference attendees. The Hall is within walking distance from the Symposium (less than .5 mile.)
