Join us in welcoming our new IPiB students at the annual departmental picnic! Enjoy food, drinks, and compete in our annual Kickball matchup between the first years and current students and faculty! Grillables and drinks will be provided, but please bring a dish to share. Vegetarian options are available.
Graduate students, postdocs, faculty, staff, and spouses/family are all welcome. We will meet at the picnic tables in Henry Vilas Park near the pavilion (1401 Vilas Park Drive). In case of inclement weather, we will reschedule the picnic for another date in September.
A group of students will be meeting up outside of the DeLuca Biochemical Sciences Building atrium to walk to Henry Vilas park (approximately 1 mile), but if you need a car ride or would be willing to give car rides, please indicate this on the signup sheet.
