Russell’s presentation will include a nice overview of what the science is like in a pharma/industry position and give an overview of the biology and pharmacology of activators of the kinase AMPK.   He also plans on providing vignettes about an industry career vs. academia.  Russell will have time after his presentation to talk with any interested students about internships.
