Annual IPiB welcome picnic, starting at 4:00 pm on Friday, August 30! This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know our new class of graduate students while enjoying great conversations, fresh air, Vilas Park’s beautiful scenery, and our traditional kickball game (I wonder who will win?).
Graduate students, postdocs, faculty, staff, and spouses/family are all welcome. We will meet at the picnic tables in Vilas Park near the pavilion, marked by the yellow star in the picture below. In case of inclement weather, we will meet in the BSB atrium instead.
Beverages and grilled brats, burgers, and vegetarian options with buns and condiments will be provided. We would like to ask that you bring an appetizer, dessert, or another dish to share with the group! Please let us know if you're coming and what you’ll be bringing along by filling out this spreadsheet.
