Introduction to BLI:  A New Method in Biomolecule Affinity Measurement

Hosted by the Biophysics Instrumentation Facility

A fortéBIO Octet RED96 System utilizing Bio-layer interferometry (BLI) has been acquired by the Biophysics Instrumentation Facility. The seminar will review the use of BLI to perform versatile label-free measurements (quantification, kinetics, affinity), and its multiple applications in biomolecular interactions.
