SFLC Lunch Symposium - Danielle Lohman
Tuesday, May 5, 2015 - 5:00pm

Science policy, its careers, and entry points

The final SFLC Lunch Symposium of the semester will be Tuesday, May 5 at noon in HFD Biochemistry Laboratories, Room 175.  Danielle Lohman (SFLC co-career chair) recently attended the Catalyzing Advocacy in Science & Engineering Workshop, hosted by AAAS in Washington, D.C.  She would like to share what she learned there, focusing on science policy, its careers, and entry points.  Come with questions, particularly if you are interested in science careers outside of academia!

For this special seminar, we will be having Glass Nickel Pizza for a $2 donation.  Please RSVP to me by Monday, May 4 and indicate your pizza preference.

Thanks for supporting the SFLC Lunch Symposium and I hope to see you there!
