Throughout the preview weekend there will be many opportunities for you to interact informally with current graduate students and faculty members in order to make important connections in the scientific community.  Specific events during BOPs will include: lab and research facility tours that will give you a sense of what it is like to be a graduate student in a research lab; structured time to meet with PhD program representatives, sessions to help you think about which graduate program is the best fit for you and to help you prepare the most competitive graduate school application possible.  BOPs will be a great opportunity for you to find out directly what the UW-Madison biological sciences community has to offer you!
