Oversight Plan: 

Marchel Hill (Palmenberg lab) will oversee the equipment in the Palmenberg laboratory. A logbook will be kept to document usage.

Training Plan: 

Dr. Marchel Hill will be in charge of training all users of the instrument. This will be done on an ad hoc basis through 1 on 1 training sessions.
