Key Steps to Generating High Quality Real-Time PCR (RT-qPCR) Data that Meets the MIQE Guidelines
This hands-on workshop will demonstrate an R add-on package RBMRB that provides an interface to "The Biological Magnetic Resonance Data Bank" (BMRB, www.bmrb.wisc.edu) database. The pacakge offers easy data access and includes a minimal set of data visualization functions. NOTE: familiarity with R can be acquired with the workshop "Introduction to R" on 02/20/18.
